Noiascape Creates Urban Spaces With Multi-Use Renting in Mind

Noiascape

Noiascape, a design initiative in London by Teatum+Teatum, is providing a network of new urban co-living spaces that prioritise homeliness.

Noiascape aims to create a range of longstanding and adaptable spaces that aims to offer a functional and ready-to-use home, rather than a dorm-style shared living space. The living and working spaces are designed to be wholly shared, personalised and longlasting, so users don’t feel confined to their rooms or personal areas. The spaces are also fully equipped and ready-to-use to simplify the renting and moving-in process.

From gardens to libraries to living spaces to working spaces, Noiascape has created a network of unique spaces available to the Noiascape network across London. Each location, from the 2-bedroom flat in Shepherd’s Bush to the 120-apartment Red House, is designed to the specific uses and inhabitants offering different amenities and services from cleaning services to retail spaces to co-working spaces.
