Canna-Chopper Detects Cannabis Plantations

Since two days the Dutch police is experimenting with a so-called ‘canna-chopper’, a small gaunt helicopter invented to track illegal weed farms. Selling cannabis might be legal in Holland, however, growing it on a large scale is forbidden. The police tries to more effectively detect this illegal form of urban agriculture. The heli is equipped with a special sniffer (to detect weed smell from chimneys) and a heat and light detector. Without stopping the chopper flies for eight hours. After the first flight, the canna-chopper already caught one big fish. Big Brother is smelling you!
