Magnetic Bike Lights From Copenhagen

Designers at Copenhagen Parts are specialized in producing original and innovative lifestyle bicycle gear focused on urban mobility, functionality and style. After creating their pretty brilliant Bike Porter, a handlebar with an integrated basket to help you carry your heavy groceries, Copenhagen Parts introduced their latest genius creation: the Magnetic Bike Light.

Bike lights are necessary at night, but they are usually not pretty. The Magnetic Bike Light is a perfect match between aesthetics and practicality. The removable bike lights automatically turn on when they are placed on a steel frame, and turn off when they are removed. The design of the product has been though off to fit different tube diameters. Too bad for those who have aluminum, titanium or carbon fiber frames, the magnetic mechanism won’t do the trick. The magnetic bike lights are expected to be launched in Autumn 2012. Until then you can pre-order them by contacting Copenhagen Parts.
