What is it like to design Google’s headquarters? Francesco Messori, Design Director at D/DOCK and one of our speakers, can tell you everything about it because he just completed the design of Google’s brand-new Amsterdam offices. Another PechaKucha speaker, Jorrit Pluijmen, spent some time in northern Finland last winter to build the world’s biggest igloo — the Pykrete Dome. Lissa Zengerink’s PechaKucha talk will focus on her Design Academy graduation project, for which she asked adults and children to visualize how a text message moves from one cellphone to the other.
