Go Home Concrete Silo, You’re Drunk

Most beer brands in the world are pretty boring if take into account the ongoing creative endeavors of the Belgian company Vedett. One month ago I came across a Vedett-flavored concrete silo on a construction site in Antwerp that made me look twice.

This concrete silo, that’s decorated in such a way that it looks like a giant upside-down Vedett beer bottle, proves that getting sympathy doesn’t need to be complicated. At the same time, this hilarious intervention is able to bring a little more fun to an otherwise boring construction site in the middle of the city.

Vedett seems to have an intimate relationship with concrete things. In 2011, the beer brand turned a concrete mixer on the back of a truck into an extraordinary, movable hotel room, equipped with a king-size bed, flatscreen television, DVD player, Wi-Fi, fridge, and open-air shower.
