The Four 2016 Olympic Master Plans

The final decision about the organising city of the 2016 Olympic Games will be made tonight. 115 Voting members of the International Olympic Committee will come together in Copenhagen, Denmark to choose between the four competitors: Chicago, Tokyo, Rio de Janeiro and Madrid. Bookmakers are predicting Rio or Chicago to win, but all are very tide. Chicago has the big advantage of having the fresh US President Obama joining the election tonight, but will this help? Traditionally, the different bids do not really matter in this competition. For years it has been a political affair with a key role for money invested in buying IOC votes.

Anyway, looking forward we’d like to provide you with animations of the four Olympic master plans featuring the way these cities see their own future in 2016.
